This allows you to get to know our services, keep flexibility and experience the positive impact it has on your life, and of your guests’. Task Credits are one-off purchases, and can be used on any of our concierge services outside the ususal membership scope.

Purchase Task Credits

As soon as we know we’re a match, we will set up your personal account, and you can go ahead and purchase the task credits you need. For most our concierge services we will need access to your home, so if that’s the case, we always like to meet our clients personally or via Zoom to make all necessary arrangements, and to securely hand over your key.

Submit Your Tasks

You will now have access to our library of ready-made concierge services templates and can submit any form of choice to make your task inquiry. Your Task Manager will communicate with you how many credits any task will require beforehand, and will ask a final approval before we proceed.

Let’s make it happen!

Once you approve the task and the amount of credits we estimate necessary to complete the task, your dedicated Task Manager will start planning it into the schedule. After each task is completed, you’ll be informed how many credits you still have left and share the outcomes. In your personal dashboard you can find an overview of the task credits you’ve used, and how many you still have left for other tasks. If you have less credits than you need for a submitted, we will notify you so you can always purchase more.

What are Task Credits?

Task credits are used for our Concierge Services, and any tasks outside of your usual Membership, you would like us to complete on your to-do list.

One task credit equals 20 minutes. If your task will take more than 20 minutes, we will let you know and with your approval, the appropriate number of task credits will be deducted from your task credit balance. 

The maximum number of credits that can be used to complete a task is 5. If your request requires more time than this (e.g. a major project, ongoing activities outside of the usual service scope) we will let you know and with your approval, bill you separately on an hourly basis.

What can my Task Manager do for me?

Everything listed in our Concierge Library from our made-ready templates can be submitted as a task. 

We are masters at planning, organising and making things happen, and are connected to the best suppliers, services and experiences in the Costa Blanca, making things happen swiftly and with ease.

From the highly practical – like coordinating cleaning services, helping you getting your linen to the dry cleaning; through to the more elevated – like getting you a curated welcome basket for your guests, to dining bookings or adventure experiences including, a private chef, securing wellbeing practitioners at home – we can get it done, easily.

What can't my Task Manager do for me?

Occasionally, our members will submit a task request that falls outside the scope of our Task services (for example, the task requires further research and experience, it is a project and not a viable ‘task’ request). When this happens, we will offer to quote you on an hourly rate or project fee to complete the task.

When is my Task Manager available?

Our Task Managers work standard business hours (9:00am – 6:00pm) Monday – Friday. You can submit new task requests at any time, but your dedicated Task Manager will only be available to work on your requests during standard business hours.

How do I get in touch with my Task Manager?

You can communicate directly with your Task Manager via a dedicated email address and phone number.

How long do I have to utilise my task credits?

You have 12 months from the purchase date of your Casual Task Pack to utilise your task credits. If you have unused task credits at the end of that 12 month period, your credits will become void.

Does my Task Manager get things done themselves or do they arrange services?

If you have purchased a Property Management Membership, the home visits with all the indoor/outdoor checks, are done by us. The onsite errand time tracking begins from the time the Task Manager departs the office until the last requested task is completed.

When any additional task are requiered, our Task Managers are highly skilled at recommending and coordinating the very best services to get things done for you.

Beside these onsite checks, we can arrange the necessary service providers for you eg. plumbers, cleaners, electriciens, etc. For these services, and only upon your request, you will be billed separately by third party providers. We’ll take 1 Task Credit to arrange this service for you, and any additional task credits in case you’d need us to open the house for a professional to do their job, and to leave them out. Your Task manager will make an estimation of the extra task credits, and will always ask for your approval before proceeding. 

How do I pay for the products and services that my Task Manager arranges for me?

All charges and costs incurred as a result of sourcing services and products on your behalf are billed directly to you. Your Task Manager will require credit card details for all purchases so you can be charged directly by the supplier, or you will be asked to pay the provider directly through their invoice, and with sharing a receipt of payment, we will know we can proceed with the tasks if any involvement from our side is needed. This process allows for transparency of all costs.

What happens if I run out of task credits?

If you utilise all of your task credits, you can simply purchase an additional Task Pack.

what happens if I don’t use all of my task credits within a year?

Task credits that haven’t been used at the end of each year, your credits will become void and will not be able to be used.
